History
Kickertech built a B2B sportsbook business around mathematical odds modelling and data analytics, with an engineering team of around 50 people in Vilnius at the time of its sale. On 26 October 2022 Betsson AB agreed to acquire 80 percent of the shares in KickerTech Malta Limited from TG Holdings Limited for EUR 14 million on a cash and debt free basis, structured as EUR 6 million upfront in cash, EUR 4 million after six months, and EUR 4 million after twelve months payable in cash or Betsson shares. In the twelve months to 30 September 2022 the acquired business generated revenue of roughly EUR 2.6 million and EBIT of roughly EUR 1.3 million. Betsson framed the deal as reinforcing its own B2B sportsbook with trading and modelling tools and an additional client base. No public announcement was found of Betsson subsequently acquiring the remaining 20 percent, so the 80/20 split from 2022 is the last confirmed ownership position. Kickertech has continued to operate under its own brand and states it serves around 40 partners.

How well established
The technical fingerprint is inferred rather than directly documented. The Betsson transaction is solid, coming from Betsson's own regulatory release. No founding year is recorded, deliberately: data vendors give 2021 and 2022, almost certainly the Maltese entity's incorporation; trade press in October 2022 described the company as founded twelve years earlier, implying about 2010; and kickertech.com claims only more than fifteen years of experience. The site is behind bot protection, so its own corporate details could not be read directly.
