COINS are points that each BetAndreas Loyalty Programme member can exchange for bonuses available for sports betting. The amount of accumulated coins is displayed on the website home page. ODDS MULTIPLIER is odds depending on the odds in the player's betting slip. The higher the odds in the losing betting slip, the greater the amount of coins. LEVEL: each Participant is assigned levels depending on achievements/events. At registration the Participant is automatically assigned level 1 and in order rise through the levels, they must complete all the achievements of the current level. All users registered on the betandreas.com website before the Promotion start are automatically assigned level 1 at the time of the Promotion start. ACHIEVEMENT is a certain action or set of actions that the Participant has to perform to receive a free bet and move to subsequent levels of the Promotion. Each level of the Promotion corresponds to a certain number of achievements, which are displayed in the Achievements menu as icons. A grey icon means that the achievement has not yet been completed. FREE BET is a free bet that the Participant can use with the parameters specified in the description within the specified validity period. COINS AWARDING PROCEDURE

  Each Promotion Participant can exchange their coins for bonuses available for betting via the BetAndreas betting line. Coins are not awarded for bets placed using free bets, bonus funds, promo codes, or insured bets. Each Participant can accumulate coins for an unlimited period and then exchange a certain number of coins for bonus points. The amount of coins sufficient to make the minimum bet in the Participant's account currency can be converted into bonus points. Converted coins are credited to the automatically created bonus account. Bonus funds must be wagered within 7 days from the moment the coins are converted into bonus points. After 7 days, the bonus account is reset to zero and opened again at the next conversion of coins into bonus funds. To successfully convert bonus funds into real funds and withdraw them from the gaming account, it is necessary to fulfil the conditions: place accumulator bets of 5 times the amount of bonus funds, with at least 3 events, odds no less than 1.4 for each, within 7 days from the moment the coins were converted into bonus points. Events added in excess of the required number can have any odds. In case the officials of the Company suspect unfair play, the BetAndreas Betting Company reserves the right to apply individual conditions for wagering the bonus funds received to this category of Participant. The bonus is considered wagered if all wagering conditions are met. The wagered funds are credited in full to the Participant's current account. If, after wagering, the bonus account balance is less than the minimum bet amount in the user's currency (Example: 10 RUB / 1 BYN / 5 UAH / 0.5 PLN / 1000 UZS / 0.5 AZN / 100 KZT / 10 KGS / 0.2 USD / 0.2 EUR), then the bonus is considered lost, and the bonus account is nulled. Funds can only be withdrawn from the Participant's current account. Bets settled with conditions that do not satisfy the wagering requirements are not taken into account when wagering bonus funds. Refunded bets with odds of 1.0 are not taken into account when wagering bonus funds. Bets settled more than 7 days after the conversion of coins into bonus points are not taken into account. Subsequent conversion of coins into bonus points is allowed only after wagering active bonus points. If the user has an active first deposit bonus and the wagering requirements for it have not yet been met, coins cannot be credited to the bonus account. Only the amount that is less than or equal to the initial amount converted from coins to the bonus account can be transferred from the bonus account to the current account. Coin balances can be adjusted if there is a recalculation of the results of the event for which the Client has been awarded coins. If, at the time of recalculation, the Client has already converted the coins into bonuses, the balance may be negative. OTHER PROVISIONS
  In the event of any disputes regarding the right to participate, receive prizes and present terms of participation, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organiser. This decision is binding and cannot be appealed by the Participant or any third party. The decisions of the Promotion Organiser on all issues related to the Promotion and its results are considered final and apply to all Promotion Participants after publication on the www.betandreas.com website. If the Promotion Organiser finds out that fraud or money laundering has taken place, the liable Participant's right to receive a Prize may be withdrawn. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of the participation, as well as additional measures aimed at preventing a recurrence of such violations. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the gaming account owner, as well as to suspend the bonus funds accumulation to the gaming account for the period of the verification procedure.   FULL TERMS OF THE PROMOTION
  PROMOTION PERIOD
  The Promotion runs from April 16, 2020. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
  BETANDREAS LOYALTY PROGRAMME (PROMOTION) is a marketing event launched for a certain period of time and/or a list of Participants. The initiator of the Promotion organisation and holding is the Organiser. BONUS POINTS (POINTS) ARE SETTLEMENT BONUS UNITS CREDITED TO THE PARTICIPANT'S BONUS ACCOUNT AFTER THE COIN CONVERSION. THE AMOUNT OF ACCUMULATED POINTS CAN BE USED BY THE PARTICIPANT TO PLACE BETS ON SPORTS. BONUS ACCOUNT is a personal account opened automatically in the Participant's name at the start of the Promotion. Each Participant can have only one Bonus Account. COINS are points that each BetAndreas Loyalty Programme member can exchange for bonuses available for sports betting. The amount of accumulated coins is displayed on the website home page. ODDS MULTIPLIER is odds depending on the odds in the player's betting slip. The higher the odds in the losing betting slip, the greater the amount of coins. LEVEL: each Participant is assigned levels depending on achievements/events. At registration the Participant is automatically assigned level 1 and in order rise through the levels, they must complete all the achievements of the current level. All users registered on the betandreas.com website before the Promotion start are automatically assigned level 1 at the time of the Promotion start. ACHIEVEMENT is a certain action or set of actions that the Participant has to perform to receive a free bet and move to subsequent levels of the Promotion. Each level of the Promotion corresponds to a certain number of achievements, which are displayed in the Achievements menu as icons. A grey icon means that the achievement has not yet been completed. FREE BET is a free bet that the Participant can use with the parameters specified in the description within the specified validity period. COINS AWARDING PROCEDURE
  Coins are awarded for each losing voucher in sports or TOTO, regardless of the Participant’s level in the Promotion. For levels 1 to 10 (inclusive), coins are calculated according to the following formula: [losing betting slip amount] * [odds multiplier] * [currency rate for coins accumulated]

  Each Promotion Participant can exchange their coins for bonuses available for betting via the BetAndreas betting line. Coins are not awarded for bets placed using free bets, bonus funds, promo codes, or insured bets. Each Participant can accumulate coins for an unlimited period and then exchange a certain number of coins for bonus points. The amount of coins sufficient to make the minimum bet in the Participant's account currency can be converted into bonus points. Converted coins are credited to the automatically created bonus account. Bonus funds must be wagered within 7 days from the moment the coins are converted into bonus points. After 7 days, the bonus account is reset to zero and opened again at the next conversion of coins into bonus funds. To successfully convert bonus funds into real funds and withdraw them from the gaming account, it is necessary to fulfil the conditions: place accumulator bets of 5 times the amount of bonus funds, with at least 3 events, odds no less than 1.4 for each, within 7 days from the moment the coins were converted into bonus points. Events added in excess of the required number can have any odds. In case the officials of the Company suspect unfair play, the BetAndreas Betting Company reserves the right to apply individual conditions for wagering the bonus funds received to this category of Participant. The bonus is considered wagered if all wagering conditions are met. The wagered funds are credited in full to the Participant's current account. If, after wagering, the bonus account balance is less than the minimum bet amount in the user's currency (Example: 10 RUB / 1 BYN / 5 UAH / 0.5 PLN / 1000 UZS / 0.5 AZN / 100 KZT / 10 KGS / 0.2 USD / 0.2 EUR), then the bonus is considered lost, and the bonus account is nulled. Funds can only be withdrawn from the Participant's current account. Bets settled with conditions that do not satisfy the wagering requirements are not taken into account when wagering bonus funds. Refunded bets with odds of 1.0 are not taken into account when wagering bonus funds. Bets settled more than 7 days after the conversion of coins into bonus points are not taken into account. Subsequent conversion of coins into bonus points is allowed only after wagering active bonus points. If the user has an active first deposit bonus and the wagering requirements for it have not yet been met, coins cannot be credited to the bonus account. Only the amount that is less than or equal to the initial amount converted from coins to the bonus account can be transferred from the bonus account to the current account. Coin balances can be adjusted if there is a recalculation of the results of the event for which the Client has been awarded coins. If, at the time of recalculation, the Client has already converted the coins into bonuses, the balance may be negative. OTHER PROVISIONS
  In the event of any disputes regarding the right to participate, receive prizes and present terms of participation, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organiser. This decision is binding and cannot be appealed by the Participant or any third party. The decisions of the Promotion Organiser on all issues related to the Promotion and its results are considered final and apply to all Promotion Participants after publication on the www.betandreas.com website. If the Promotion Organiser finds out that fraud or money laundering has taken place, the liable Participant's right to receive a Prize may be withdrawn. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of the participation, as well as additional measures aimed at preventing a recurrence of such violations. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the gaming account owner, as well as to suspend the bonus funds accumulation to the gaming account for the period of the verification procedure. The rules of this Promotion are subject to change and amendment, either during the Promotion or at any other time.

The purpose of the bet buyback is to fix the result of the bet/step before the outcome of the event under the conditions proposed by the Promotion Organiser of betting games. The offer to buy back the bet is valid for single bets from the betting line on the website, both before the start of these events and whilst they are ongoing (live-bets). The Organiser reserves the right not to make an offer to buy back bets on individual matches and/or outcomes. An offer to buy back a bet is an offer, and not an obligation, from the betting game Organiser. The Participant can buy back a bet after it has been placed and as long as the buyback offer is valid for this bet. In some cases, an offer to buy back a bet may not be available for technical reasons (impossibility to broadcast a match, technical errors in displaying an account, etc.). During the sporting event, the situation became unfavourable for the bettor, and the odds changed from 2 to 3. In this case, the betting Participant may be offered to buy the bet back and keep part of their bet (EUR 5*). *amounts are selected as an example and may differ from those offered on the website under similar circumstances of a sporting event. When calculating the bet buyback amount, special odds are applied, the value of which directly depends on the circumstances of the sporting event at a given time. A Participant can apply the bet buyback feature to an unlimited number of bets. OTHER PROVISIONS
  In case of any disputes concerning participation rights, receiving of the prizes or these terms and conditions, the final decision shall be made by the Promotion Organiser. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the Participant or any third party.
