Talentgrator recruits for iGaming and IT entertainment businesses, including game developers, payment systems and online platforms, across technical, marketing, compliance and management roles from junior to C-level. It also builds teams from scratch for startups, handles confidential replacement of executives, and runs training for recruiters and hiring managers.
The agency says it has 30,000+ candidates in its database, 300+ completed matches and about three weeks to fill a role. If a hire does not pass probation, it supplies a replacement free of charge. Vacancies are posted on its site and in a Telegram channel.
The site is in English and Russian. Its privacy policy names SmileTech s.r.o. in Prague as the operator; LinkedIn lists Vienna as headquarters.
