APERCON is a management consulting group with more than 20 years of history. Its LinkedIn page gives Limassol, Cyprus as headquarters, while the Ukrainian version of its site lists offices in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia. Besides recruitment it offers strategy, HR and pay consulting, financial management, process automation and a training centre for managers.
The group says it has worked in iGaming since 2012; its recruitment now centres on C-level and senior hires for operators, B2B providers and investment groups. Most current openings are in Cyprus and wider Europe, and it reports expansion into Moldova, Romania, Montenegro and other Balkan markets.
Its Apercon Gaming division adds platform development, licensing support and marketing for iGaming. Vacancy digests go out in a Telegram channel.
