rivni is run by the Ukrainian company ТОВ «Рівні» in Kyiv and works as a hiring platform rather than a classic agency. Candidates join its database after an interview with a recruiter who knows the affiliate, media-buying and iGaming market; companies buy a subscription for one, three or six months to open candidate profiles and contacts and to publish vacancies.
Plans differ by the number of profile and contact openings and active vacancies. Add-on services include test tasks for developers and designers, polygraph checks, career coaching and contacts of specialised lawyers. The team says it has conducted more than 10,000 interviews.
