NƎƎDED (also written NEEDED) is a recruitment agency for so-called high-risk industries: iGaming, forex and crypto, plus affiliate marketing, dating and nutra according to its LinkedIn page. The website gives Paphos, Cyprus as its base; LinkedIn lists Kyiv, Krakow and Dubai.
It runs full-cycle searches from sourcing to offer, for roles ranging from support teams to C-level, and charges only when a hire is made. It says it relies on a network of more than 35 in-house and freelance recruiters and has worked with over 100 brands.
Its careers board lists about 180 open positions, most of them in Cyprus, Georgia and Ukraine, with others in Bulgaria, Montenegro, the UAE, Poland and Israel.
