Exacta Solutions was founded in 2019 by two managers with backgrounds in recruitment, operations and finance in online gaming. It holds a Maltese employment business licence and works from Sliema, Malta, with a second office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Recruitment covers permanent and contract roles up to C-level search, mainly in iGaming but also in technology and financial services. The firm says it works with clients across Europe, the US, LATAM and Africa.
Alongside hiring, Exacta offers outsourced HR, compliance, AML and risk expertise, non-executive directors, introductions to service providers in Malta, and M&A and investment introductions.
