Pentasia was set up in 2001 by Rob Dowling and Bruce Gamble to recruit for online gambling and betting companies. It is now part of The Conexus Group, with its registered office in Redhill, Surrey, and further offices in London, St Julian's (Malta), Barcelona, Orlando and São Paulo.
The firm groups its work into four lines: Talent (permanent, contract and interim hiring), Leadership (executive search, interim leaders, coaching, organisational design), Plus (RPO, augmented teams, build-operate-transfer, employer brand) and Edge (workforce and market intelligence).
Pentasia says it has placed more than 14,000 candidates in casino and sports betting roles and that its own team numbers over 80 people.
