CMC Consulting is a boutique recruitment and HR consultancy founded in Malta in 2022 by Cordelia Morgan-Cooper, who previously worked in HR at gaming companies on the island. It recruits for iGaming operators, suppliers and affiliates, with MGA compliance and other regulatory roles as a speciality, and also fills tech and corporate positions.
Services are executive search by direct approach, end-to-end recruitment, and HR consulting such as handbooks, contracts, performance frameworks and pay reviews. The team attends SiGMA, ICE and iGB events and runs its own meetups in Malta.
Its sister brand Hands-On Recruitment (H.O.R.) places chefs, kitchen and front-of-house staff with hotels and resorts in Cyprus and Greece, handling visas and relocation.
