I am an entrepreneur and business consultant with more than 20 years of experience building companies, developing international markets and helping organisations solve complex talent and growth challenges.
My career has spanned specialist recruitment, BPO, immigration, multilingual staffing, technology and professional services, with extensive experience across South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and broader international markets.
I co-founded Initiate International in 2007 and have since built and led several businesses focused on talent, workforce mobility and international growth. Over the years, I have worked with companies ranging from high-growth businesses to established international groups, helping them identify the people, structures and capabilities needed to scale.
Today, a significant part of my work is within iGaming, sports betting, payments and associated technology sectors. I advise businesses on specialist recruitment, talent strategy, organisational design, market entry, operational growth and building high-performing teams.
My approach has always been consultative rather than transactional. I am interested in the commercial objective first: where the business is going, what is preventing it from getting there, and what combination of people, strategy and execution will move it forward.
I enjoy working with ambitious businesses, particularly those entering new markets, scaling quickly or navigating periods of significant change.
