History
The group traces to 2003, when brothers Vigen and Vahe Badalyan started the betting company Vivaro in Armenia, which grew to roughly 300 betting shops; the first online iGaming platform followed in 2006. Per SoftConstruct's own growth-history timeline, BetConstruct was founded in 2011 as a complete gaming software provider, and Vbet was brought into the BetConstruct family the same year to push into international markets. SoftConstruct was introduced in 2013 as the holding brand over BetConstruct and the group's other labels. In 2017 FeedConstruct was separated out of BetConstruct as a standalone 4-in-1 sports data business (live video, odds feed, statistics, scouting), built from SoftConstruct's earlier Megafeed product; it operates under its own brand but remains part of the SoftConstruct group rather than an unrelated third party. Further group divisions followed: Fasttoken (blockchain) and FastShift (payments) in 2018, the Hoory AI assistant in 2019, and a SoftConstruct group rebrand in 2021. SoftConstruct states over 6,000 employees and 16 branch offices; BetConstruct's own site lists offices in Yerevan, London, Malta, France, Monaco, Switzerland, Manila, Kyiv, Cape Town, Brazil, Peru and Uruguay.
