Tools
Device fingerprinting
Identifies devices across sessions to catch returning fraudsters, multi-accounts and fake registrations.
Rule-based scoring policies
Create and adjust static and dynamic scoring rules, including window calculations that recalculate the norm and trigger only on deviations.
AI predictions
Prediction models applied to event data labelled with final statuses, to make scoring policies more precise.
Alerts
Visual and audio notifications in the panel, plus alerts to messengers and email for a fast response.
Lists
Manage blocklists, whitelists and custom risk lists, with automated updates.
Investigations module
Graph-based tool that reveals connections between users, analyses CPA fraud and supports internal-fraud forensics.
Enhanced analytics
Reuses scoring results for user segmentation and business insights, including spotting VIP players, not only fraudsters.
Transaction updates
Updates past events with final statuses so scoring reflects real outcomes and false positives fall.
User management
Configurable access levels for admin panel operations.
Scoring API
Service-to-service scoring and a JavaScript device-fingerprint snippet, with sandbox and production environments.
AI
Uses AI
Frogo describes AI-powered adaptive risk scoring that learns from user behaviour and detects new fraud patterns, prediction models applied to labelled event data, and AI segmentation for gameplay and bonus abuse; these work alongside static and dynamic rules.
About
Frogo is an all-in-one fraud prevention and risk management platform operated by FROGO LTD, a company registered in Limassol, Cyprus. It serves iGaming operators, sportsbooks and white-label platforms, as well as payment providers, e-commerce, forex and trading, dating and delivery businesses.
For iGaming, Frogo maps its protection onto the player journey: device fingerprinting, behavioural analysis and a global fraudster database at registration; anomaly detection, bot filters and risk-based authentication when account details change; dynamic risk scoring, payment data enrichment and a compromised-card database on deposits; promo-abuse detection and a real-time rule engine during gameplay and bonuses; and withdrawal scoring with graph analysis on cashouts.
Detection combines three approaches: static rules with fixed thresholds, dynamic rules that calculate a rolling norm over time windows and trigger only on deviations from it, and AI prediction models trained on events labelled with their final status. Operators set and adjust scoring policies themselves in a single control panel, maintain block and allow lists, and receive alerts by messenger or email.
An investigations module draws graph links between accounts to expose multi-accounting rings, affiliate CPA fraud and internal fraud, and scoring results can be reused for segmentation, including spotting VIP players. Integration runs through Frogo's scoring API and a JavaScript device-fingerprint snippet, tested in a sandbox before production. The company states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
Frogo's published cases are anonymised. In one, it describes how its anomaly alerts helped a high-volume operator with largely automated payouts contain a slot provider exploit, preventing an estimated 96% of potential losses without blocking legitimate players.
