NSoft
NSoft supplied betting software to online and retail operators from Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, built around the Seven platform — a sportsbook, retail betting-shop system, virtual games and player-account layer widely deployed across the Balkans and Africa. It has been acquired by the sports-data company Sportradar and no longer operates as an independent brand: nsoft.com issues an HTTP 301 redirect to sportradar.com. Live SEVEN-prefixed globals on an operator's pages should therefore now be attributed to Sportradar-owned technology.

History
NSoft built the Seven platform, whose components are recognisable in production code by the SEVEN-prefixed JavaScript globals and by sportsbook-specific hosts under nsoft.com. Its long-running reference deployment is Balkan Bet in Serbia, and its retail and virtual-games products were sold across South-Eastern Europe and into African markets. NSoft has been acquired by Sportradar. The acquisition is visible directly as well as in the filings: https://www.nsoft.com/about-us returns HTTP 301 to https://sportradar.com/betting-gaming/products/, and the NSoft site no longer serves independent corporate content. This is a notable structural point for the catalogue — a genuine sportsbook platform vendor has been absorbed by a data supplier, so the same corporate group now sells both the odds feed and the betting engine. The steps are set out in Sportradar's own Form 20-F filings: a 40 per cent shareholding from September 2014, a further 30 per cent bought for EUR 12.0m on 29 April 2022, and full ownership by FY2025 following an October 2024 call option over the minority stake.
Notable
- https://www.nsoft.com/about-us returns an HTTP 301 redirect to https://sportradar.com/betting-gaming/products/ — direct confirmation that NSoft is no longer an independent brand.
- The platform is named Seven; its components are identifiable in production code by SEVEN-prefixed JavaScript globals.
- Balkan Bet in Serbia is NSoft's long-running reference deployment.
- The acquisition puts a sportsbook platform engine inside a sports-data company, so Sportradar now supplies both the odds feed and, through NSoft, the betting engine.
- Sportradar became a 40 percent shareholder in September 2014 and bought a further 30 percent for 12.0 million euros on 29 April 2022, taking control at 70 percent.
- Sportradar's FY2025 Form 20-F lists NSoft d.o.o. and its subsidiaries at 100 percent, up from 70 percent in FY2024, following an October 2024 call option over the minority stake.
- 2019 revenue was 24.95 million BAM (about 12.76 million euros) with net profit of 2.51 million BAM; the company employs over 300 people and serves clients in more than 35 countries.
- NSoft Limited (Malta, C 106294) received an MGA recognition notice effective 5 August 2024, and NSoft holds a Romanian Class 2 licence for virtual games and platform.

How well established
The technical fingerprint is directly documented. The Sportradar shareholding steps, their amounts and their dates come from Sportradar's SEC Form 20-F filings; the 2008 founding, the Mostar base and the Seven platform name come from NSoft's own about page; and the acquisition is confirmed directly by the live redirect from nsoft.com to sportradar.com. The exact 2025 closing date for the buyout of the remaining minority is inferred from the subsidiary table rather than stated in narrative text.
