BtoBet was a sportsbook and player-account-management supplier with a Malta base and a development centre in Skopje, North Macedonia, selling turnkey and modular betting platforms to operators and lotteries, notably in Africa, Latin America and regulated North America. It is no longer an independent company or a standalone brand: through a chain of acquisitions it now sits inside Aristocrat Interactive, the online division of ASX-listed Aristocrat Leisure. Its corporate site is gone — www.btobet.com no longer resolves in DNS and btobet.com itself redirects to aristocratinteractive.com — although BtoBet-branded CDN hosts remain live in production deployments.

History

BtoBet built a sportsbook, casino and player-account-management stack aimed at emerging and newly regulated markets, and its technology sits behind deployments such as PlayAlberta in Canada and PremierBet in Africa. It was acquired by the Malta-listed supplier Aspire Global, which was in turn acquired by NeoGames, which was in turn acquired by Aristocrat Leisure; Aristocrat then combined NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet and its own Anaxi business into a single division named Aristocrat Interactive. Aristocrat Interactive is headquartered at 10220 Aristocrat Way, Las Vegas, Nevada, and describes its offering as including player account management, a sportsbook solution and managed services across iLottery, content and aggregation, and iGaming and sports.

The BtoBet name has been retired as a market-facing brand: www.btobet.com no longer resolves in DNS, and Aristocrat Interactive's own site does not mention BtoBet. The sequence is what matters for attribution: a live BtoBet fingerprint should now be read as an Aristocrat Interactive deployment. BtoBet's own marketing formerly claimed roots reaching back to the late 1990s, but with the corporate site gone no primary source states a founding year, so none is recorded here.

The full ownership chain and its dates come from NeoGames' SEC Form 20-F and Aspire Global's own regulatory releases, and the retirement of the brand is evidenced by btobet.com redirecting to aristocratinteractive.com. No founding year is recorded because third-party directories variously claim 2010, 2014 and 2015 and no primary source states one.
