BetGames (BetGames.TV)
BetGames supplies betting content, not a sportsbook platform: its studio-streamed live dealer draws (lottery balls, dice, wheel and card games) are delivered by API or iframe and embedded inside an operator's existing sportsbook or casino. Customers are online and retail bookmakers and casino operators, with the company stating over 250 partners across Europe, Africa, Asia, the CIS and Latin America. The legal entity is UAB "TV Zaidimai", registered in Vilnius.

History
The company was founded on 6 January 2012 in Vilnius, Lithuania under the name BetGames.TV, operating through the Lithuanian entity UAB "TV Zaidimai". It began with fixed-odds betting on live-streamed lottery and card draws aimed at bookmakers in the CIS and Eastern Europe, then moved into regulated Western European and African markets, obtaining a Great Britain Gambling Commission account (number 41022) and a Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence (RN/125/2019). On 3 August 2021 the supplier dropped "TV" from its name and traded as BetGames, launching a new visual identity, a relaunched website and a campaign branded "WOW" under then chief executive Andreas Koberl. The portfolio was extended beyond the original draw games into game shows (Starzle), a crash game (Skyward) and the Twain Sport line. No acquisition of the company could be substantiated in trade press or regulator records.

How well established
The technical fingerprint is inferred rather than directly documented. The founding year, the Vilnius headquarters, the legal entity, the licence numbers and the 2021 rename all come from the vendor's own site and from iGaming Business, and are solid. A reported acquisition could not be substantiated, and the investor names come only from a company database.
