History
The company traded as YES BINGO before announcing a rebrand to Yellow Bat in March 2024, a change it said left existing contracts unaffected. It describes itself as an Asia-based content provider whose background spans several decades, and in 2026 its company page cited more than 80 games, over 100 employees and more than 40 technical support engineers. The catalogue mixes slots such as the Dragon Gems series, Super Tiger, Calavera Fiesta and Sugar Crush 1000 with bingo, arcade and fishing games, offered in several languages and currencies.
Its partner list is headed by government-regulated Philippine platforms including BingoPlus, Casino Plus, Arena Plus, OKBet and PT Gaming, with which it announced an exclusive long-term partnership in March 2026. In February 2025 it announced its entry into Brazil, with Lucky Meow, Royal Ace and Money Bingo to be shown at a Rio de Janeiro trade show that month. At SiGMA Asia in Manila in June 2026 it received the organiser's Best Slot Gaming Provider award, and a July 2026 news post reported that Okada Manila had opened an online-casino zone with Yellow Bat touch-screen cabinets.
