History
The Winning Poker Network states that it was founded in 2001 and has accepted players from the U.S. and the rest of the world since then. It operates as a shared network behind several branded poker rooms, naming ACRPoker.eu, YaPoker.com, BlackChipPoker.eu, TruePoker.eu and PokerKing.com, and says all its brands offer its software, player promotions, deposit and withdrawal processing and customer service.
Its software pages list poker-specific features such as the Railbird, Double or Nothing, the Maximizer, Spin to Get In, straddle tables, CAP tables, hand-for-hand play and on-table tournament statistics, and its security team takes reports of collusion and external assistance tools. Its terms say the client may also give access to fantasy sports, non-poker tournaments and casino games, and that the casino games run on a random number generator monitored by the auditing firm Certified Fair Gambling. The terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
