History
Wazdan was founded in 2010 with development in Poland and a corporate base in Malta. It built a catalogue aimed initially at Central and Eastern European operators and at land-based-style content, then expanded into Western regulated markets from the late 2010s, adding UK, Romanian, Italian, Swedish and US state licences.
Its distinguishing product feature is a set of in-game options — Volatility Levels lets a player choose between low, standard and high variance configurations of the same title, and Ultra Lite Mode reduces bandwidth for poor connections. The company has also moved into land-based cabinets and into the United States through New Jersey and Michigan certifications. It is privately held.
Notable
- Registered and licensed in Malta with its operational base in Opole, Poland.
- Ships Volatility Levels, letting the player select the variance configuration of a title before spinning.
- Rebranded in 2013; the company does not state what it was called before.
- Frequently but wrongly linked to Wirtualna Polska, and also wrongly said to be owned by Poland's state monopoly Totalizator Sportowy — the latter confusion comes from its 2020 entry as a content supplier to TotalCasino. Neither link exists.
- Supplies land-based cabinets as well as online content.
Notable work
- Magic Fruits
- 9 Lions
- Larry the Leprechaun
- Power of Gods
- Sizzling 777 Deluxe
How well established
The Maltese licence number, the British licence account and the US state certifications are documented. The 2010 founding, the 2013 rebrand and the ultimate ownership are not stated in any primary source, and the links frequently drawn to Wirtualna Polska and Totalizator Sportowy were checked and do not exist.
