Tuko Productions S.r.l. was founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs who had built software and web applications since 1996 through the company Intermedia, which began as an internet provider and moved into gaming software, including betting back offices and ADM (then AAMS) protocol connections for Italian concessionaires. Its references include work for Microgame, Microgaming, GMatica and Admiral Interactive. Tuko released its first 16 video slots in 2016, such as Barbaria and Soldier of Rome, added table games and video poker in 2017, and in 2018 released Koobix with Goldbet, a custom slot for Betflag, an SDK for third-party studios and the Tuko Hub System (THS) for aggregating other providers.

Its games run on the in-house Tuko Casino Suite platform, offered as software as a service, and are certified for the Italian market, where its customer logos include Lottomatica, Snai, Eurobet, Goldbet, Betflag and Casinò Sanremo. Through THS it has brought providers such as Skywind (2021), Wazdan (2021, more than 40 titles) and Endorphina (2023) to its Italian operator network. In 2021 it applied for a Malta B2B licence, and in 2025 it was shortlisted for Best Game Provider Italy at the SiGMA Awards in Rome.
