History

The Gaming Platform says its concept grew out of years of running B2C gambling websites and the experience that building a site from scratch is costly and risky. Its model is to hold the licence, payment, fraud, support and supplier relationships itself and let partner brands launch a website on top of them within weeks, either as a full white label or by taking only the back office. The company names Nexiux Solutions as its platform software, Altenar as its sportsbook and Evolution, Pragmatic Play and PG Soft among its casino content suppliers, and claims more than 50 years of industry experience.

Its news archive, which runs from June 2019 to August 2023, records UK-facing white-label launches for Asian and crypto betting brands, including Sportsbetio.uk with Sportsbet.io and UK-WL (2019), SBOTOP (2020), Stake.com, OB Sports and Leyu Sports (2021), i8Bet and Duelbits (2022) and 6686 Sports (2023). Its privacy policy names the Independent Betting Adjudication Services (IBAS) as the dispute-resolution provider appointed under its licence conditions, and its home page description says its services are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. The Commission's register lists TGP Europe Limited (account 38898) with remote casino, betting and gambling-software licences dating from 2014 and 2015, all surrendered on 15 May 2025.

How well established

The Isle of Man entity, registered number and address, the service list, the partner launches and the UK Gambling Commission as regulator are documented on the official site, and the licence history on the Commission's register. The official site does not state a founding year or ownership and does not mention the 2025 licence surrender.
