History
Swintt was founded in 2019 in Malta. It split its catalogue into ranges: Premium, covering conversions and licensed land-based-style content aimed at players familiar with Central European machine games, and Select, covering its own originals. It also acts as a route to market for partner studios, so a Swintt supplier entry does not always mean Swintt-developed games.
The studio grew quickly through aggregator distribution and added regulated-market certifications including Malta, Romania and Italy. It appears on 744 casinos in this project's collected data. It is privately held. A link to the wider SkillOnNet group is repeated in trade press but is unverified, and appears to be a confusion with SkillOnNet’s documented January 2023 investment in the separate studio Peter & Sons.
Notable
- Splits its catalogue into Premium (land-based style) and Select (originals) ranges.
- Runs the SwinttStudios partner programme and the Elysium Studios label, so its supplier entry does not always mean Swintt-developed games.
- The commonly repeated SkillOnNet ownership link is unverified and probably a confusion with SkillOnNet's investment in Peter & Sons.
- Distribution concentrated in Central and Eastern European operators.
Notable work
- Book of the Priestess
- Master of Books
- Aloha Spirit
- Diamond Explosion 7s
How well established
The Maltese corporate base and the licence set are documented. The founding year and the ownership are not; the repeated link to the SkillOnNet group is unverified and appears to stem from a confusion with SkillOnNet's documented investment in a separate studio.
