Stakelogic

Stakelogic is a Dutch supplier of online slots, live casino and hybrid games, active in 17 regulated territories. It began as a Novomatic subsidiary, was sold to a Dutch investment firm in 2018, and has been owned by Japan's Sega Sammy Holdings since April 2025. Stakelogic Live runs chroma-key studios that let one physical table be dressed per operator.

History
Stakelogic was incorporated on 15 August 2013 in Eindhoven as the online games arm of Novomatic in the Netherlands, developing slots and converting Novomatic land-based content for online play. In 2018 Novomatic divested it to Triple Bells B.V., a Dutch investment firm — the point at which a 'Stakelogic' supplier entry stopped indicating any Novomatic relationship. Before the next sale the cap table stood at roughly 58% Triple Bells and 42% venture investors.
After the divestment it added Stakelogic Live, a live dealer operation with studios in the Netherlands and Malta, and licensed for the newly regulated Dutch market. In July 2024 Sega Sammy Holdings agreed to buy 100% of the company at an enterprise value of about EUR 130m, through Sega Sammy Creation. The deal nearly collapsed when Sega Sammy sought to cancel in April 2025, and completed on 28 April 2025 at about EUR 125m following a court order. Stakelogic is therefore a Japanese-owned supplier today, having been Austrian-owned and then Dutch-investor-owned.
