History
Spin Gaming was founded in 2023 by Simcha Neumark (co-founder and CEO) and Fred Ring (co-founder and CRO) with the aim of creating a live casino studio produced entirely in Brazil. In 2024 it raised USD 5 million in seed capital to build its studio facility, and in 2025 it opened its first live casino studio and began operating with its first partner operator, Casa de Apostas.
In 2026 it opened a second dedicated studio in partnership with Blaze and launched its network tables, which give operators immediate access to running tables such as Brazilian roulette, blackjack, speed baccarat and a Brazilian football-themed table. It also runs studios for marketing content and Spin Creators, an affiliate and influencer agency. The company states that it is not a betting operator, and its compliance page cites eCOGRA and GLI certification.
