History

Spin Games LLC was founded in Reno, Nevada in 2012 by Kent Young, a former Aristocrat and Aruze executive, as a B2B gaming technology and content provider; its remote game server and casino content were licensed and live in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan, with integrations at operators such as BetMGM, Caesars, FanDuel and DraftKings. Bragg Gaming Group agreed to buy it in May 2021 for about USD 30 million in cash and shares, describing a team of more than 30 people and a development centre in Chennai; Young was to join Bragg as President - Americas.

The acquisition closed on 1 June 2022, when Bragg described a proprietary library of more than 30 in-house games across slots, video poker, action bingo and keno, and in July 2022 the Spin Games RGS went live in Connecticut through DraftKings and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe. In September 2022 Bragg consolidated its companies under the Bragg brand, renaming the Spin Games offices Bragg Reno and Bragg Chennai while keeping Spin Games as an internal studio marque. As of October 2026 the former spingames.net domain redirected to Bragg's website.
