History
Spigo presents itself as a community-focused social casino: players can try games for fun without signing up, play for virtual coins that cannot be cashed out, or, in regulated markets where it partners with licensed casinos, play for money. It adds tournaments, achievements, chat, friends lists, letters and coin gifts, and its game pages list titles from third-party providers such as JDB, Booming Games, Popok, Mascot Gaming and Swintt. The site runs on the Socino platform; its terms cover socino.com together with white-label, branded or skin-based offerings of it.
The terms name KAU Inc. as the operator, with a registered address in Lewes, Delaware, and say the play-for-money mode is offered only where the operator is licensed and authorised. Its partner section, as read in October 2026, invites player affiliates, casino partners, game suppliers and white-label clients: it offers online casinos a white-label social casino under their own brand on a revenue-share model, and offers game suppliers a 10% share of coin consumption in their titles.
