History
Slotmill was founded in 2019 by a team of industry veterans, and the company says its staff together have more than 250 years of industry experience. Its games are built in full HD with tuned math profiles and play modes such as Fast Track, Burst Mode and Extra Bet, and the studio emphasises compact builds of around 10 MB for fast loading. Slotmill Limited (C92612) received its Malta Gaming Authority B2B licence in June 2021, and the group also lists Slotmill AB in Stockholm and Slotmill IOM Ltd in Douglas, Isle of Man.
The games are delivered through Slotmill's own remote game server and through aggregators. In January 2026 it signed a distribution agreement with Bragg Gaming Group, and in March 2026 it went live in Brazil's regulated market and opened a studio in Fuengirola, Spain, focused on game design, art and front-end development. In April 2026 it introduced Big Win Hunt, a trademarked feature that pauses its Burst autoplay when a win passes a target set between 20x and 500x the bet. Its CEO is Johan Öhman.
