SEGA SAMMY CREATION Inc. was established in Tokyo on 3 June 2013 to develop, manufacture and distribute gaming machines, drawing on the entertainment experience of the SEGA SAMMY Group, whose other businesses include Sammy's pachislot and pachinko machines and SEGA's video games. Its stated business covers land-based and online or social casino gaming products and software. A US subsidiary, SEGA SAMMY CREATION USA Inc., was set up in Las Vegas in October 2016.

The company sells separate product lines for the USA and Asia: video slots such as Railroad Riches, Mighty Diamonds Deluxe and the Extreme Wild and Fa Fa Jin Lun series, slots built on SEGA and partner franchises such as Persona 5 for Reels, RESIDENT EVIL: VENDETTA and Winning Cash - House of the Dead Scarlet Dawn on Reels, the Maximum Fortune Collection of standalone multi-game electronic tables, and the Genesis Atmos and Genesis Crest cabinets. In April 2025 it announced that it would show Baccarat Maximum Fortune Premium on the Genesis Atmos cabinet at G2E Asia 2025 in Macau, and in July 2025 it launched the Prosperity Peaks link game, part of its Dice series, on Macau casino floors.
