Salsa Technology is a Latin American iGaming supplier founded in Buenos Aires in 2012 as Patagonia Entertainment. It sells the Salsa Omni player account platform, the Salsa Gator aggregator, which it says carries more than 19,000 games, and video bingo and slot games from its own Salsa Studio, with teams in Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Portugal, Spain and Malta.

History
The company started in Buenos Aires in 2012 as Patagonia, making localised content for Latin America and Brazil, and says it was the first to build online video bingo games, which became leading titles in Brazil. In 2014 it moved its headquarters to Uruguay and began the player account management system that became Salsa Omni; in 2015 it launched the Game Aggregator Platform, now Salsa Gator, and added localised payment processing. Operators in Mexico and Brazil were the first to adopt the full stack in 2018.
Between 2020 and 2021 Patagonia Entertainment became Salsa Technology and rebranded as an iGaming solutions hub. It launched the Salsa Agents multi-level management system and the Salsa Safe regulator-management tool in 2022, obtained GLI-33 certification and GLI certification for Salsa Omni in 2023, and its 2024 timeline entry says it was among the first with fully certified technology for Brazil's regulated market under Law 14.790/2023, where it launched the Fórmula-Bet package. The company names Peter Nolte as its founder.

The site (sitemap-listed pages in three languages, privacy policy, FAQ and footer) says the headquarters moved to Uruguay in 2014 but gives no city or address, and states no registration number, shareholders or operator or supplier licence numbers.
