History
S Gaming launched in 2023. Its launch post names Charles Mott, previously Head of Commercial at Slot Factory, and Kevin McGinnigle as founders, a 2024 team profile also calls CTO Rob Harrison a co-founder, and Mott signs the company's news as CEO. In October 2023 it announced an investment from the Irish bookmaker BoyleSports and a distribution agreement that put its games on Games Global's aggregated channel, Games Global PLUS. Its first title, Flaming Pudding Party, was scheduled for release with UK operators in December 2023, and the studio says all its games are built portrait first with the bonus round kept in view.
In February 2024 S Gaming Limited received UK Gambling Commission remote gambling software and casino game host licences, and it later added a Malta Gaming Authority recognition notice.
