History
Rising Digital Corporation was founded in 2013 as a developer and publisher of slot games, table games, game systems and game platforms. Its core business is custom Asian-themed slot content packages (concept, maths, art and integration) that it licenses to land-based cabinet makers; the company names IGT, Konami, Everi, Novomatic, Ainsworth, EGT, Aruze, Sega Sammy and WinSys among the manufacturers that have distributed its titles.
It later moved into online real-money gaming with a library of slots served from its proprietary GameMotors remote game server, which the company says is certified by GLI to the GLI-19 standard and by iTech Labs for UK/Malta RNG compliance. It reports iGaming supplier licences in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Ontario. It also operates the Winning Dragon social game centre and a Winning Dragons VR casino built on licensed Universal Studios film properties.
