History
Real Dealer Studios launched at ICE London in February 2020 with the idea of applying film production to online table games: dealer scenes are recorded with actors, directors and post-production crews and then built into a random-number-generator game engine, so the games look dealer-hosted without being live. Its first titles were the Real Roulette series, followed by Real Baccarat in November 2020, the Fortune Finder money-wheel series in February 2021 and Spanish-language roulette from August 2021. The site reports market certifications for Sweden, Denmark and Belgium in 2020 and for Italy, Spain and Switzerland in 2021.
In February 2022 it announced actor and former footballer Vinnie Jones as its first celebrity dealer; Vinnie Jones Roulette followed in September 2022, Vinnie Jones Blackjack in November 2022 and the hi-lo game show Vinnie Jones Card Chase in July 2023. Later releases include sport-themed roulettes, Volcano Roulette with a multiball mechanic (May 2024) and the coin-toss game Flipping Fortunes (September 2024). Its news archive records operator deals with William Hill and Kaizen Gaming in 2022, and its titles have been distributed exclusively through Games Global since 2022.
Notable
- Its games use pre-recorded video of actors and dealers inside an RNG engine; the studio presents them as an alternative to live casino rather than live-dealer games.
- Announced Vinnie Jones as its first celebrity dealer in February 2022; the Vinnie Jones series covers roulette, blackjack and a hi-lo game show.
- Shortlisted in 2022 for the EGR B2B award for Innovation in RNG Casino Software, which the studio said was its third consecutive shortlisting in that category.
- Its contact page says its games are distributed exclusively through Games Global.
