History
R3SPIN was set up by Lloyd Butler, Matthew Parker and Oliver Vlaytchev, who had built gaming businesses together before; the studio says the name came from the idea of a "re-spin", with the 3 standing for its three founders. R3SPIN Limited was incorporated in England and Wales in August 2024 with its registered office at The Old Police Station in Bridgnorth. The company keeps game design, mathematics, development, testing and delivery in one in-house team, and describes its content as made for online and land-based markets.
It holds a UK Gambling Commission remote gambling software licence, active on the register since June 2025. Its first live title, The Quest for Excalibucks, had an exclusive launch on 11 March 2026 and went global two weeks later, and every game on its site is flagged as a Yggdrasil release. Diva Las Vegas, Lucky Coin Festival, Blazin' Fruit Pharaoh FlameLink and The Quest for Viper Wilds followed between May and August 2026, each with a two-week exclusive window before the global date. Its published roadmap lists further Yggdrasil releases through 2027, including Bass King in Gold, The Pick of Destiny, A Pirates Haul of Fame and Zeus: Coins of Olympus.
