History
PopOK Gaming dates its start to 2019, when it began as a small in-house slot brand. In 2023 it added crash games, released about 20 titles and won Slots Provider of the Year at the SiGMA Asia Awards.
In 2024 it signed partners including Cactus Gaming, BC Gaming and Synot, released Ortak NFT-linked collections and gained certification in Peru. In 2025 it introduced its first land-based slot machines, the Rico Series of slots, a collaboration with street artist Alec Monopoly and the crash game Avi, and expanded into Brazil and South Africa. Its website is operated by Soft Construct (Malta) Limited, which holds the MGA and UKGC licences cited in the footer.

How well established
The founding year, the yearly history, the certifications list and the operating entity with its MGA and UKGC licences are documented on the official site. A separate PopOK legal entity, its ultimate owner and the city of its studio are not stated; the site's structured data gives only Armenia as its country, while the Malta address is the website operator's.
