PlayStar's About page presents the company as a gaming software supplier that says it draws on decades of experience and builds its games in HTML5, so that they run in a browser without installation. It says it offers hundreds of slot, fishing and card games, supplied with an API link, ongoing system maintenance, custom game design and round-the-clock technical support, and describes jackpots and a loyalty layer of PS challenges, medals, PS coins and a dedicated PS lobby. The site's copyright notice runs from 2015, but it gives no founding year, founders, office location or legal entity.
Its news page records stands at iGB Live in Amsterdam in 2022, SiGMA in Manila in 2023, the SiGMA Expo in 2024 and SiGMA Asia in 2025, the year it reports nominations for two SiGMA Asia awards, and at SBC Summit Rio in March 2026 to present its games to Latin America. In 2023 it adopted a new single-star logo and the slogan 'Drive to shine!'.
