History
Parlay Games was co-founded in 1998 by Scott White, a Canadian lawyer who remains founder and CEO, and states that it was the first company to build and commercialise an online bingo platform. Its software has been licensed to gaming and media brands on four continents; the company pioneered running casino 'side games' inside the bingo client and later added a full casino library of classic and progressive slots, table games, video poker and lottery and instant-win games.
Today it sells its platform as a Bingo Hall RGS, a Casino RGS, the HouseEdge back office and private-label or source-code licences, and serves regulated markets, tribal operators and social gaming. In 2021 it formed a joint venture with BK Systems Philippines to bring online and live bingo to that country's land-based bingo operators, and it runs a Latin American bingo network focused on Brazil.
