History
OnAir Entertainment was founded in December 2020 by a team drawn from Evolution, NetEnt and Authentic Gaming; managing director Andres Rengifo had previously worked at Evolution and NetEnt and led live casino at William Hill. It built a studio in Riga, Latvia, operating through Realtime SIA, with further offices in Malta, Estonia and Poland, and shipped its first game, Blackjack, in November 2021.
Microgaming backed the studio in January 2021 and OnAir launched on the Microgaming platform. When Microgaming's content business was sold to Games Global in 2022, that relationship carried over: Games Global press releases describe OnAir as its exclusive live studio partner and the only live dealer studio in its network. That is a distribution and partnership relationship; no equity ownership has been established, and its ultimate ownership is not publicly disclosed. It supplies dedicated, operator-branded tables to LeoVegas Group, BetMGM and DraftKings.
