History
NetGaming says the studio grew out of a small group of online gambling professionals who set out to build a dedicated team for casino game development. Its press boilerplate dates the founding to February 2019 and places its teams in Malta, India and the UK; some older posts give 2018, the year Pallavi Deshmukh joined as CEO. The operating company, NG Entertainment Ltd (company registration C-90564), received a Malta Gaming Authority Type 1 B2B critical gaming supply licence, MGA/B2B/750/2019, issued on 18 May 2020, and is licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 55924.
Much of its 2024 and 2025 news concerned North America: it exhibited at G2E 2024 and at its first SBC Summit Americas in 2025, went live in Ontario with Rush Street Interactive's BetRivers in June 2025 and with High Flyer Casino in December 2025, launched on Caesars Entertainment's online casinos in August 2025, and released The Price is Right – Fortune Pick with BetMGM in September 2025. Other branded titles include James Harden's Thunder Slam, Tim Howard's Goal Line Fortune Pick and Survivor Fortune Pick. In the UK it added partners such as Ivy Casino and Lottomart in 2025.
