History
Lady Luck Games was founded in early 2019 and lists a contact office in St. Julian's, Malta. Its press releases describe it as a Swedish company: the listed company LL Lucky Games AB began trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market on 23 June 2021 under the short name LADYLU, the group completed its acquisition of ReelNRG in May 2022 and announced a UK B2B licence in November 2022, and in July 2023 it received a supplier licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority. In April 2023 it announced exclusive releases of its licensed Popeye slot with Betsson, Danske Spil, Novibet and, for UK players, White Hat Gaming; earlier titles include Astro Anna, Spinjoy Society Megaways and The Treasures of Tizoc.
By 2025 the studio was presented as a business unit within EMB Mission Bound AB (publ), listed in Stockholm under EMB. In April 2025 EMB appointed Russell Wan as chief executive and Alvis Tran as chief operating officer of the studio.
