History
Kerma Games says it was founded by industry veterans and technology specialists who saw that player retention in iGaming lagged behind acquisition, and it built a modular platform combining social-style engagement with casino games. Its founder, Liam Tassiello, serves as COO. The studio has signed long-term, multi-year licensing deals with the musicians Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby and Sexyy Red and, in July 2026, the footballer Luka Modrić, producing titles such as Snoop Dogg Blackjack, Snooperman, Lil Baby Dice and Sexyy Red Blackjack alongside crash games such as Crazy Chicken Cross and Flappy Fortune.
On 31 August 2026 Trivelta, a Boston-based B2B iGaming technology company led by CEO Carson Hubbard, announced that it had acquired Kerma Games. In September 2026 Kerma and BGaming agreed that BGaming's Snoop Dogg Dollars slot would continue under 'Kerma Games x BGaming' branding, with BGaming distributing it under Kerma's exclusive Snoop Dogg gaming rights. Campaign terms the site published that month name the operating company as Kerma Games LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
