History
Instant Win Gaming designs and supplies digital instant-win games for lotteries, offering a full service from strategy and portfolio management to design and build. It says it has launched more than 250 games and keeps a library of over 100 titles that can be reversioned for any market, including branded games such as Monopoly through commercial partnerships. Its games run on its InstantRGS remote game server, which it has integrated with IGT's iLottery platform for the Kentucky and Georgia lotteries.
IWG has introduced several firsts in US and Canadian iLottery: the multi-state progressive Mega Money Jackpots with the Pennsylvania and Virginia lotteries in 2023, Turbo Jackpots across nine Canadian provinces in 2024, the eFastPlay category in Pennsylvania, and the RumblePlay haptic feature with the North Carolina Education Lottery in 2025. In February 2024 the lottery operator Allwyn invested in IWG under a partnership agreement, and in July 2025 the company said Allwyn had acquired a 70% stake. The company was named Lottery Supplier of the Year at the 2025 EGR B2B Awards and is based at Old Street Yard in London.

How well established
The London address, UK licences (confirmed on the Gambling Commission register, software licence since December 2015), the Allwyn investment and 70% stake and the lottery launches are documented on the official site. The founding year is not stated, and the site's footer misprints the licence number as 43135.
