History
Ingenuity Gaming was co-founded in 2012 by its chief executive, Sidharth Swarup, and describes itself as a specialist engineering partner that works only in gambling. Rather than publishing games under its own name, it runs managed studios for operators and suppliers: dedicated teams of designers, mathematicians, artists, HTML5 developers and testers who produce content whose IP stays with the client, on fixed fees with no revenue share. Clients quoted on its site include 888 WilliamHill, which says it has commissioned bespoke games from Ingenuity for over a decade, as well as Light & Wonder (for Playzido, since 2016), Flutter Studios and ODDSworks.
Its work spans iGaming, land-based cabinets and lotteries. For online casinos it also builds and operates remote game servers with wallet integration, reporting and responsible-gaming controls, and manages QA and certification.
