History
Happy Duck describes itself as a Belgrade-based studio of about 30 senior professionals drawn from other gaming companies, covering game design, mathematics, art direction, animation, sound and development under one roof. It says it does not outsource core production and aims to deliver launch-ready slots on predictable timelines through a structured pipeline, offering operators more games without building internal studios.
Its games page lists about 20 slots, including Filthy Rich, Quack Hard, Zeus Maxxing, Soul Harvest, Sour Candy, Kraken Deals, Samurai Sloth and Banana Heist. The site names Srdjan Zdravkovic as chief executive but gives no legal entity, licence or founding date.
