History
Gaming Realms was founded in 2013 as a mobile-focused gaming operator and launched its first consumer site, SpinGenie, in the UK in 2014. In 2015 it acquired the Slingo intellectual property, and in 2016 it pivoted to a B2B model, building the first Slingo real-money games such as Slingo Deal or No Deal. The Slingo portfolio went live on the company's proprietary RGS in New Jersey in 2017, and a UKGC B2B licence followed in 2018-2019.
The company then expanded across regulated markets: Italy and Spain in 2020, Pennsylvania and Michigan in 2021, and Connecticut, Ontario, Denmark, the Netherlands and Romania in 2022, along with lottery partners Loto-Quebec and OLG.
