History
Galaxy Gaming, Inc. was incorporated in December 2006 and became a public company in February 2009 through a reverse merger into Secured Diversified Investment, Ltd.; its shares trade on the OTCQB under the symbol GLXZ. The company specialises in proprietary casino table games and side bets such as 21+3, Lucky Ladies, Perfect Pairs Blackjack and Bonus Craps, along with progressive and bonus jackpot systems, the Galaxy Operating System and Lunar table displays. It reports an installed base of over 6,000 tables in more than 600 casinos across North America, the Caribbean, the British Isles, Europe, Africa and cruise ships, and offers a Prime Membership library of more than 35 table games.
Its online arm, Galaxy Gaming Digital, licenses the same titles to online casinos and says they appear on more than 3,000 casino sites. MONOPOLY Table Games Progressive, developed under an exclusive licensing agreement with Hasbro, was named Product Innovation of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards Americas 2026, as the company announced in September 2026. Matt Reback joined as President and CEO in 2023, and recurring revenue made up 99% of the company's total in the second quarter of 2026.
