Fennica Gaming

Fennica Gaming is the Helsinki-based B2B games subsidiary of Veikkaus, Finland's national lottery and gaming company. It supplies eInstant lottery games, online casino slots and video poker, multiplayer games and EGM content to lotteries and licensed operators as Games as a Service; in 2026 its site said its games were live in 21 countries on three continents.

History
Fennica Gaming was created by Veikkaus to sell the national operator's game content to other lotteries and operators; in February 2024 it described itself as two years old. Its first product line was eInstants, which the company traces back to 2004 at Veikkaus, sold as cloud-hosted Games as a Service to lotteries in markets such as Germany, Austria, Latvia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Virginia, Brazil and Quebec. In 2024 it launched the Frame customer portal and made VLT content available through IGT's platform.
In December 2024 it began offering the online casino portfolio that Veikkaus had run in Finland since 2010, starting with Gold Reversinator through RAW iGaming in the UK, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands and Spain. In April 2025 Veikkaus Game Studio was transferred into the company, adding more than 200 game IPs and growing the team from 20 to 70 people. It obtained supplier licences in Ontario, Greece and the UAE in 2025 and later launched with operators including Sisal, Allwyn, Novibet and Svenska Spel.
