History
FashionTV Gaming Group was set up to bring the FashionTV fashion and lifestyle television brand into online gambling through what it calls a 'brand to business' model: partners receive a sub-licence to the name, logo and channel archive, plus marketing exposure across FashionTV's channels. Its founder and president, as named in its 2025 and 2026 press releases, is Moshe Cohen. The branded catalogue on its site is built by licensees, among them Playtech, Red Tiger and NetEnt, BetConstruct, Galaxsys, Fazi, Gaming Corps, TVBET, Kiron Interactive, Caleta, Espresso Games and EveryMatrix's Spearhead Studios.
In December 2025 the group marked a decade of activity at an event in Rome and announced expansion across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Australia, including standalone FashionTV-branded casino and sports platforms run by operating partners. In January 2026 it announced a partnership with BetMGM under which FashionTV-branded games launch exclusively on BetMGM Casino and Borgata Online; at the time FashionTV Blackjack and FashionTV Roulette were live at BetMGM Casino in Michigan and New Jersey.

No legal entity, registered address, founding year or gambling licence is stated; the contact page gives only e-mail addresses and a UK telephone number, and an August 2019 post announces a branch office in Malta without an address.
