History
Fantasma Games was set up in Stockholm in 2016 with the aim of applying video-game design, world-building and character animation to casino slots, under the slogan 'Slots Beyond Gaming'. Its first three titles, Samurai Ken, Spooky 5000 and Super Sumo, launched in 2017 and were built for one-handed mobile play. In 2019 it licensed the Megaways engine for Flower Fortunes Megaways and Medallion Megaways, and in 2020 released Heroes Hunt Megaways, an RPG-style slot with unlockable characters.
The studio was certified in its first two US states in 2022, and in 2024 launched Gold Pigger, followed by Gold Pigger 2 Royal Snouts. The same year it was acquired by EveryMatrix; the site now operates under EveryMatrix Software Limited, whose MGA licence appears in the footer, and also distributes exclusive games from EveryMatrix RGS partners such as TaDa Gaming. The company says its titles are live with more than 200 operators in over 25 markets.
