History
Eyecon was founded in 1997 as a computer game company; its first release, Gore, was downloaded millions of times in 1998, and in 1999 it turned to online casino games. Temple of Iris followed in 2003 and Fluffy Favourites, which the company calls a global slots phenomenon, in 2006. Its games became a staple of bingo sites, and it says it has more than 90 titles, including Shaman's Dream, Sugar Train, Irish Luck and Twinkle.
In 2015 it added free spins and jackpots to its games and opened a European hub in Guernsey. Playtech acquired Eyecon in 2017, and the studio moved to an HTML5 framework; in 2020 it launched Megastar Tournaments, which operators can run across any mix of its games. Its news covers a Betfred racing exclusive (March 2023), a Sky Bingo collaboration on Bouncy Bingo Balls (April 2024), a UK launch with Ivy Casino in April 2025 and a Dutch launch with Bingoal in November 2025.
