EXCO Game Studio

EXCO Game Studio was founded in 2025 by Fredrik Elmqvist, who previously founded Yggdrasil Gaming and served as its chief executive. The studio says it builds every game from scratch with in-house mathematics and art, and it groups its proprietary mechanics under the GAMEX name: Wrapper Stacks, the Power Bar, Power Fields, Boss Fights, the Swimmer Reel, the Doubling Dial and the Traffic Jam Multiplier, none of which it licenses to other suppliers. Its debut, VEGASCALINE, was followed by The Robbin' Goblins (live from December 2025), Luna X (April 2026), Piranha Bite Club (June 2026) and Apex Dregs (August 2026); Ministry of Like was announced for 28 September 2026 and The Necrobeats as coming soon.

Each title ships with a configuration suite, EXCO HACKS, that lets operators choose an RTP band of 96% or 94%, volatility, maximum-win cap and bonus-buy pricing per market without a separate build. Its games are mobile-first, offered in 32 languages and more than 100 currencies including crypto, and use a certified RNG via the Tequity RGS. In 2026 its home page said the games were live with more than 350 casino brands in over 30 markets. Its site states that Exco is a brand of Excommunicado.
