History

Ethereal Gaming says it was founded in 2023 by industry veterans and presents itself as a technology-led company. Its core product is the Ethereal RGS, built on an architecture it calls Oxygen³, which is designed to avoid contention at the application, network and database levels; the company publishes benchmarks of up to 20,000 spins per second. Partners can use the RGS as a service, deploy it in their preferred location or license their own copy, and operators can take its games through a single aggregator integration.

Its partner programme lets operators and game studios build games with its GDK while Ethereal handles distribution. Studios listed on its site include XIN Gaming, Sportslots, Lord Of Games, Evil Eye, Rabbit Gaming, Nitro Games, Arcane Pixel, T-Nexus and Spingenuity, whose Book of Horus and Epic Catch – Fishing launched on the platform in 2026. It also offers True Multiplayer crash features such as Crash Pot and Crash Raid. Its technology, under an exclusive licence for Native American markets, is part of 2Tribal, a Class II gaming venture backed by Kyprock Capital that launched in March 2025 together with C2S Gaming's Class II engine. In July 2026 it announced a certification partnership with the testing lab RiskCherry, headlined 'certified for MGA'.
